You might have noticed that we carried both the Lupulin River (Double IPA) and Breaking Bud (Single IPA) from Knee Deep recently, and now it seems I've pretty much decided to keep a dedicated tap for the Citra (Extra Pale Ale).
Knee Deep is a brewery located northeast of Sacramento, California, in a town called Auburn.
I've been a fan of Knee Deep's hoppy beers for awhile (in fact, I'm kind of a sucker for Northern California IPAs in general and I believe it has something to do with the water up there). And, while we're on the subject of making this all about me, I'm something of a Citra hop fan as well. ;)
That 7% ABV is nice when you've had a particularly rough day, too. Please drink responsibly, San Antonio beer lovers!
